If you do a search in Google for [spinner], Google will show you an interactive spin wheel. This works both on desktop and mobile search.

You can set between 2 and 20 number options for your spinner:
This is very similar to Google’s roll a die or flip a coin easter egg as well.
This was first spotted by @pkudel4 but Glenn Gabe notified me on Twitter about this feature.
